Great food. I know that everyone says that, but I mean really great food. Fast and courteous service. Very clean establishment.

The ladies were awesome! Hubby had the steak and cheese sandwich, pierogi, and peanut butter pie. I had an egg salad sandwich, poppers, and my hubby’s food too. The best Lemon meringue pie in this area. Thank you for a great Foodie Experience!

It's a cozy place with a very friendly atmosphere, and very friendly people. The prices are nice, and the serving sizes are amazingly huge. It's wonderful.

Great for breakfast! Good coffee, good portions, fast, cute and clean!! Would come again :)The service was great and we had plenty of coffee. We came on a Saturday around 11 am.

Wish we stopped somewhere else after our train ride. Food was sloppy, not good quality and extremely slow. Now, understandably, they were down to one cook, but not the customer's problem. And the waitress should not be giving that excuse when serving these pancakes .

Maybe the breakfast is better but the lunch was not great and the price for the quality wasn't worth it.

Called ahead to find out gluten free options as my sister is gluten intolerant. Arrived to be told entirely different than what we were told on phone. Brought us food we did not order or eat and was still charged for it. Eggs were soggy as ever. Used to love coming here but I don't think I'll be back.

This place serves up some Mighty Fine Food the decor is decorated with historical photos of Honesdale and surrounding areas a real Hometown restaurant every time I go in there this is the first and only place that I know that is not greedy with their portions the plates are full so much so you get two plates for breakfast the omelets are monstrous and if you like potatoes to home fries are plentiful I swear if this lady could make the toast any bigger she would so if you like large portions for your breakfast this is where to go and if you have two people in your party that are very hungry order one polish omelette and you'll take some home cuz you won't be able to finish it

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This was my family's first time here, we got our food for take out and ordered 2 kids pizzas, an apple juice and mozzarella sticks. From the menu, it says that kids meals come with french fries or applesauce and a drink. Ours came with no fries and the waitress said only the cheeseburger and quesadilla came with it. They should specify that on the menu. Our order ended up coming to 25 dollars for two tiny frozen pizzas and 4 mozzarella sticks that ended up hurting my stomach. I was so shocked and displeased with absolutely everything and dont ever plan on spending a dime here again.

Great cup of life here. We were treated like family. Best part was when a stranger paid for our coffee. She was so nice. This is why we love local Honesdale. Staff had all smiles parking was easy. Stop by you will love it.

The best homemade breakfasts and lunches ever! And when you have stuffed yourself full, take home some delicious homemade deserts! We have dined at Laurels 3 times in 2 weeks. We will continue to make Laurels Cafe our number 1 destination for breakfast and lunch! The service is warm and personable too!!!

Great food

The food was good. Portion size was massive. However, the service is not so great. From sit down to leaving was over an hour. We waited to get coffee, waited for waitress to take our order, and waited even longer for the check. If you're looking for decent food with big portions this is the place for you but don't go in there thinking it'll be a quick in and out like most other places.

One of the best things about this cafe is the portion size..always enjoyed this. A comfortable atmosphere with no major issues. Worth a stop.
